Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with bdk1

Introduction

Welcome to bdk1. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bdk1 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bdk1 website located at https://bdk1.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, payment features, and promotional materials made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdk1 Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by it unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a bdk1 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdk1 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any person under 21 years old is prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming bonuses on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, problem gambling restriction, or court order that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false identity information, including falsifying your date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in criminal referral.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bdk1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any change in account activity that triggers our Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) review procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Management

Each player may hold one and only one registered account with bdk1. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, the same household IP address, or using multiple payment methods belonging to the same individual — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdk1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without prior notice, void any associated winnings, and apply a permanent ban to the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdk1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bdk1 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA through their account security settings. bdk1 cannot be held responsible for account breaches resulting from a player's decision not to enable available security features.

Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonus credits, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in ৳ unless otherwise indicated for a specific promotional event. Exchange rate variations do not affect taka-denominated accounts.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and all bonus wagering requirements must be resolved. bdk1 will process account closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving all required verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdk1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000 unless a higher limit has been individually approved by bdk1's payments team. Most bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the player's bdk1 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to clear, depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the bdk1 payments and compliance team. Standard withdrawal processing time is as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 5–30 minutes after compliance clearance.
• Rocket and Upay: typically within 1–4 hours after compliance clearance.
• Bank transfer (BRAC, City, DBBL, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days after compliance clearance.

bdk1 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000, or where the transaction triggers an AML review flag. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bdk1 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal being refused and the account suspended pending investigation.

bdk1 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. Please review your payment provider's fee schedule independently.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdk1 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket betting refunds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

Key general principles applicable to all bonuses include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Each promotion will specify game contribution percentages. As a general guide, most slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.
• No-bonus deposits: Players who do not wish to accept a bonus at the time of deposit may opt out. Any deposit made without claiming a bonus will be treated as a cash balance with no wagering requirements attached.
• Abuse and fraud: bdk1 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or collusion is detected. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the bdk1 sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, or any other game type offered on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are made available within each game interface and in the relevant help documentation on the Platform.

The following general rules apply across all game types and betting markets on bdk1:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdk1 will not reverse a confirmed bet except where a technical error has occurred or where the specific rules of the game or market provide for void outcomes.
• bdk1 reserves the right to void any bet or market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where a game or market was offered in error.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of bdk1's trading and integrity team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12 of this Agreement.
• The results of live casino games streamed by providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are determined by the provider's certified RNG or physical dealing/spinning equipment. bdk1 has no influence over live game outcomes and is not liable for provider-side technical failures, provided that bets placed during a confirmed outage will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or per session may apply. These limits will be communicated within each game or market's terms and are subject to change at bdk1's discretion.

For cricket betting specifically, all markets follow standard international sportsbook rules. In-play markets may be suspended at short notice due to breaks in play, weather interruptions, DLS calculations, or data feed disruptions. Bets placed before suspension are settled based on the final official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Opening more than one account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express consent.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known or discovered errors are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform to transfer illicit funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or RNG infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information to bdk1's KYC, AML, or customer support teams.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise the true origin of a connection to the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward bdk1 staff or other players through any channel.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the bdk1 Platform — including but not limited to the bdk1 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, promotional artwork, written content, game thumbnails, promotional copy, and software — is the intellectual property of bdk1 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of bdk1.

Game content made available through third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Red Tiger remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms. bdk1's licence to offer such content does not extend any rights to players beyond gameplay access.

Privacy & Data

bdk1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, national ID or passport details, address, phone number, email address, and payment method information — is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, account management, and customer support purposes.

bdk1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud detection services) on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

All data transmissions between your device and the bdk1 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms. bdk1 does not store full payment card numbers or mobile banking PINs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdk1's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to their bdk1 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdk1 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or any other indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.
• Technical errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, subject to the void-bet provisions in Section 6.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any gambling losses, including losses arising from problem gambling. bdk1 provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity — use of these tools is the player's responsibility.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bdk1's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

bdk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The player's account activity triggers an AML, fraud, or integrity flag that cannot be resolved through standard KYC review.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools.
• bdk1 is required to restrict access to a specific jurisdiction by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdk1 will retain any balance in the account during the investigation period. Where termination is confirmed as a result of a player's breach of these Terms, bdk1 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Where termination is initiated at the player's own request or due to circumstances outside the player's control (e.g., jurisdictional restriction), the remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience with bdk1 — including a disputed bet outcome, a payment issue, a bonus calculation error, or an account access problem — you should follow this procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to bdk1 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the incident, the relevant game or transaction reference number, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to the bdk1 Compliance Team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request". The Compliance Team will review your case and provide a final written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: The decision issued by the bdk1 Compliance Team following escalation constitutes bdk1's final position on the matter. Where you remain dissatisfied with this decision, you may seek independent legal advice or pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Amendments

bdk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — bdk1 will notify affected players by email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment came into effect. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or related to your use of the bdk1 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

bdk1 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Where access to online gaming services is restricted or prohibited in a player's jurisdiction, it is the player's sole responsibility to comply with local law. bdk1 will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required and will comply with any lawful direction to restrict access to the Platform from specific jurisdictions.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to constitute or shall be construed as a waiver of any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to you as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh, including any rights available under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
